BIG CEE is the subsidiary of BIG Shopping centers Israel, based in Belgrade capital of Serbia, since 2007.
Company was founded with a mission of developing the BIG brand in Balkan countries and with focus on implementing BIG Shopping Centers strategy and vision in Serbia and neighboring countries such as North Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro.

BIG CEE holds and operates 15 active shopping centers – 13 in Serbia and 2 in Montenegro. In Serbia operates 9 Retail Parks which are branded as BIG, 2 Shopping Centers which are branded as BIG Fashion and the only Designer Outlet in the country branded as BIG Fashion Outlet.

With a focus on the company’s core product – Retail Parks, BIG CEE has successfully became one of the leading retail real estate developers in Serbia and the Balkan region.

BIG's VISION

BIG is an international owner, operator and developer of shopping centers in Israel, United States, India and Serbia, that was established in 1994.
 
BIG started as the first developer of the concept “Power Centers” in Israel. The power centers of BIG are an open-air shopping centers that have easy access, offer a rich variety of stores, located on major traffic arteries and enable customers to shop in a coordinated, convenient and efficient manner.
 
At BIG, we aim for extensive growth. We intend to expand existing shopping centers and purchase and build new centers, while strengthening the brand, in order to achieve continuous growth in profits and increase in the value of the company, along with the value of the stores that are located at our centers.
 
Today, BIG is the largest open air shopping center operator and developer in Israel. It is unique in the sense that it has developed a branded chain of shopping centers which has become a generic word for open air shopping centers in Israel. BIG’s open air shopping center concept relies on simple structures, with high visibility, good accessibility, and offering its tenants competitive leasing terms. In the past few years, BIG entered into the development and operation of lifestyle centers and malls, under the brand BIG Fashion.

MARKETING MANAGEMENT

BIG shopping centers offers to the consumers perfect shopping experience, having an active marketing activities continuously throughout the year.

On the other side, BIG marketing team provides constant support for the retail chains in its centers. BIG also serve as a platform for strengthening awareness of its tenants among the targeted consumers, who find the BIG centers as the best place for making the purchases on a daily basis.

BIG Shopping Centers continue strengthening its position as a place where consumers like and prefer to make their purchases. However, buyers not only expect to find what they want to buy at BIG, they also know that there is always something exciting and unexpected that happening in the center. BIG’s marketing activities, reflected through the extensive advertising in various media, reinforces direct contact between consumers and BIG centers.
